Tom Suszek presents paper on new Real Estate Settlement Practices Act.
Tom Suszek recently presented a paper entitled "A Primer on the Real Estate Settlement Practices Act" at a real estate seminar held at the Eagle Ridge Conference Center outside Jackson. The seminar, sponsored by Security Title Insurance Co. and attended by law, real estate and title insurance professionals, received accreditation for continuing legal education by the Mississippi State Bar Association.
