Edward A. Moss

Ed was born in Kosciusko, Mississippi. His primary areas of practice include litigation, principally product liability; medical malpractice and insurance defense; and he serves as mediator/arbitrator. Ed graduated from the University of Colorado with a B.A., with distinction, in 1978. He received his J.D., with honors, in 1981 from the University of Mississippi. Ed is a mediator for the Johns-Manville Personal Injury Settlement Trust, on the Board of U.S. Arbitration and Mediation, serves as arbitrator for the National Arbitration Forum, and is an approved mediator for the Mississippi Bar. He conducts both court appointed and private mediations/arbitrations. He served in the United States Air Force from 1972 to 1979. He is admitted to practice in all state courts of Mississippi, the U. S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Sixth Circuits, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Ed is a member of Phi Delta Phi and was a member of the Moot Court Board at the University of Mississippi School of Law from 1980 to 1981.
