Lynn's primary areas of practice are civil litigation, family law, and wills, estates and trusts. Lynn is admitted to the bar before all Mississippi courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She served as a law clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western Division of Tennessee from 1999 to 2000.
Lynn received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mississippi in English in 1981 and Computer Science in 1983 and her J.D degree the University of Mississippi in 1999. While attending the University of Mississippi School of Law, Lynn was a member of Phi Delta Phi and a member of the Moot Court Board. She was awarded the Moot Court Bench Memo award in 1999.
